Privacy policy
We collect as little as we need. This page explains what, why, and how you can control it.

Who we are
Zenostop is operated by its owner (a legal entity may be named here later). Contact: support@zenostop.com.
The website (zenostop.com)
The website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. All fonts and files are served from the site itself.
If analytics is switched on, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and requested page) for security and operation.
If you join the launch list, we store your email address, your language and the time you signed up, and use them only to send the launch notes and occasional product notes. You can unsubscribe at any time, and ask us to delete your address.
The service (app.zenostop.com and the Telegram bot)
To run the service we process: your sign-in identity from Whop; your Telegram chat identifier if you link Telegram; the trading rules you set; your PIN, stored only in a form that cannot be read back; your Binance API key, which is stored sealed and used only by the engine to read your account and place protective orders; and your account data from the exchange that the service needs to apply your rules (balances, positions, orders and trades).
We keep an audit log of what the service did and why, so you can review it and so we can investigate problems.
Why we use it
We use this data only to provide the service: to watch your account, send alerts, apply your rules, manage access to your plan, keep the service secure and answer your messages. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Whop handles payments and your membership, and has its own privacy policy. Binance provides the exchange data through the API key you create. Telegram carries the messages of the bot. Cloudflare hosts the website. Our servers and backups are with infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf. We disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account is active and for a limited time afterwards where needed for security, accounting and legal reasons. You can delete your account in the app; the exchange key is then removed, and what remains is kept only for the limited period described in the app.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to support@zenostop.com. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We protect data with access controls, encryption of exchange keys and of backups, and by keeping the website separate from the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date on this page, and tell users of the service when the change is material.
